But what does leadership look like in an open source project? With so many different people and organizations, how do leaders emerge and what does it take to become influential? In this presentation, Senior Technical for OpenDaylight, Phil Robb shares insights and best practices. Phil will also talk about the pros and cons of different investments, including: submitting code, becoming a PTL, joining an Advisory Group, Technical Steering Committee or board of directors.
