As collaborative development settles in it's place for technology development and strategy we should step back and measure the cost involved against the potential benefits. It is a commonly held belief that open source will help us find the future, however we need acknowledge that future is dependent on us providing the path.

In this presentation Chris will discuss the potential benefits and impact of the open source ecosystem on how we build and leverage networks and infrastructure today and counterbalance that with the cost and perseverance required to achieve these visionary highs.
